Amritsar is far north-west, Varanasi is far east, the others fan in between. You have three sane orderings:
Option A: Clockwise 14-Day (Recommended)
Delhi → Haridwar (240 km, 5 hrs) → Rishikesh (25 km, 1 hr) → Delhi (260 km, 6 hrs, return for Amritsar logistics) → Amritsar (450 km, 8 hrs) → Delhi (450 km) → Lucknow (550 km, train recommended) → Ayodhya (135 km, 3 hrs) → Varanasi (220 km, 5 hrs) → Fly Delhi.
Option B: Fast Circuit 11-Day (Amritsar Excluded)

Option C: Split into Two 7-Day Trips
Trip 1: Delhi-Haridwar-Rishikesh-Amritsar-Delhi (7 days). Trip 2: Delhi-Lucknow-Ayodhya-Varanasi-Delhi (7 days). Best for senior pilgrims who need rest gaps.
