Laxman Jhula is 5 km from Rishikesh station. A sedan taxi costs ₹300 and takes 15 minutes. This is the most popular tourist area with cafes, ashrams, and adventure activities.
Rishikesh station has fewer direct trains. Most travelers arrive at Haridwar (25 km away) which has many more train options, then take a taxi to Rishikesh. We provide service from both stations.
While we do not operate rafting, we can drive you to the rafting starting points at Shivpuri (16 km) or Marine Drive (25 km). The rafting operators provide their own transport back to Rishikesh.
