FAQ
FAQs for April Travel
Best options from Delhi: Mussoorie (6 hrs, 15-22°C), Nainital (7 hrs, 12-22°C), Shimla (7 hrs, 10-20°C), or Manali (12 hrs, 5-15°C). All are significantly cooler than the plains. Our hill station packages start at ₹3,999 one-way with experienced hill drivers.
April is excellent for rafting! Water levels are ideal for Grade 3-4 rapids, and the weather is warm enough to enjoy getting wet. Best stretches: Shivpuri to Rishikesh (16 km) or Brahmpuri (9 km). We offer Delhi-Rishikesh cab + rafting packages from ₹3,999.
April is a fantastic time for Kasol. The Parvati Valley turns green, and Kheerganga trek opens up. The drive from Delhi is about 12 hours via Chandigarh. We recommend breaking the journey at Chandigarh. Our one-way fare to Kasol starts at ₹5,999.
Yes, most zones are open in April (Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Durga Devi). Only Dhikala sometimes closes by mid-April. This is actually a great time for tiger sightings as water sources dry up. Our Corbett packages from Delhi start at ₹4,499.
For a 3-day weekend: Mussoorie + Dhanaulti (close, scenic), Nainital + Bhimtal (lake district), or Rishikesh + Haridwar (spiritual + adventure). For 4 days: Dharamshala or Kasol. All reachable within 6-12 hours by cab. Book early for long weekends!
April sees 35-40°C in Rajasthan. We don’t recommend Rajasthan for April unless you’re comfortable with heat. Stick to hill stations instead. If you must visit, early morning sightseeing in our AC cabs makes it manageable.
