Agra Airport is a civil enclave inside the Kheria Indian Air Force station, officially named Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Airport. There is one passenger terminal, a compact 4,870 square metre building handling roughly 250 arrivals and 250 departures at a time, and IndiGo runs the domestic schedule that connects Agra with Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai. A much larger replacement terminal had its foundation stone laid in October 2024 and is expected to open around 2027–28.

Because it is a military airfield with controlled vehicle access, the kerb outside is not a place where taxis idle waiting for fares — which is precisely why a pre-booked car matters more here than at a big metro airport. We track your inbound flight, hold the vehicle for 60 minutes free after you actually land, and the driver meets you at the arrival exit with a nameboard and a hand for your luggage.

The Taj Mahal sits about 15 km away, a half-hour drive, at a fixed ₹800 in a sedan; a city hotel is 13 km and ₹700. Most people who fly in are working to a tight window, so we also run the full-day packages from the terminal door — 4 hours and 40 km at ₹1,499 covers the Taj and Agra Fort, while 8 hours and 80 km at ₹2,499 stretches to Fatehpur Sikri. One thing worth planning around: the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.
