Kedarnath in September is a different trip from Kedarnath in May. The portal-opening rush has cleared, the queues are shorter and once the monsoon clouds lift the valley views are as clear as they get all year. Triveni Cabs runs the road leg — Delhi to Gaurikund is roughly 450 km via Haridwar, Rishikesh, Devprayag, Rudraprayag and Guptkashi, and it is a long two-stage drive rather than a single push.

We want to be straight about what we do and do not provide. We are a road transport operator. We drive you from Delhi NCR to Sonprayag, which is where private vehicles must stop, and we guide you to the shared shuttle point for Gaurikund. The 16 km trek from Gaurikund to the temple, pony and palki hire, and helicopter tickets from Phata, Sersi or Guptkashi are all booked by you directly — we do not sell or guarantee them. Nor do we book your Kedarnath night stay.

September also carries real risk that no operator can plan away. Residual landslides close the Rudraprayag-Guptkashi stretch without warning, helicopter sorties get grounded by cloud cover, and the trek is genuinely demanding at altitude. Uttarakhand yatra registration is mandatory and checked at Sonprayag.
