Delhi's hotel district — where the Golden Triangle starts
Karol Bagh is the densest concentration of tourist hotels in Delhi, and that makes it different from every other area on this list. A large share of our work here is not local at all — it is groups who have just arrived, are staying two nights, and are leaving on a Golden Triangle circuit or a hill trip. The vehicle is being booked for a week, not an afternoon. We pick up from the hotels along Ajmal Khan Road, Padam Singh Road, Pusa Road and the Gurudwara Road stretch.
In short
A tempo traveller in Karol Bagh costs ₹23 to ₹31 per kilometre depending on the seater, or ₹6,000 – ₹9,500 / day for a local day package covering 80 km / 8 hours. Fuel and an experienced driver are included; tolls, parking and state permits are billed at actuals. Gate pickup anywhere in Karol Bagh is standard at no extra charge.
Local knowledge
The practical complication here is the roads. Karol Bagh is tight, one-way in places, and heavily parked, and the Ajmal Khan Road market stretch is pedestrianised for part of the day. A 26-seater cannot always reach a hotel door. We plan around it — usually by loading at a nearby wider road and walking the group the short distance, which is far quicker than the alternative.

Transparent pricing
Rates below are the published per-kilometre outstation fare and the local day package for each seater. Every fare includes fuel and a professional driver. Tolls, parking, and state permits are charged at actuals and appear as separate lines on the invoice — there is no surge pricing and no hidden component.

Distances & drive times
Drive times are realistic door-to-door estimates in normal traffic, not best-case figures. NCR peak hours change them substantially, so for an early flight we will usually suggest a pickup that feels an hour too early — that hour is what separates arriving relaxed from arriving at a closed check-in desk.

Door-to-door coverage
Gate pickup is standard everywhere on this list and there is no additional charge for it. Give the driver the specific block, sector or society name — that is genuinely all that is needed, and it saves the phone call that otherwise happens five minutes before departure.

What groups book us for

Full-day city tours covering Red Fort, India Gate, Qutub Minar and Akshardham without repacking the group into taxis at every stop.

Multi-generation trips where everyone travels together — pushchairs, walking frames and a fortnight of suitcases all fit in the boot.

Char Dham, Vaishno Devi, Mathura–Vrindavan and Ayodhya circuits with drivers who know the halt points and the darshan timings.

Flight-tracked pickups from IGI with room for the whole party and its luggage — one vehicle instead of four cabs arriving separately.

Guest shuttles between hotel, venue and station, running on a fixed loop through the night so nobody is left waiting at a gate.

Educational tours and university excursions with verified drivers, seat belts on every row and a teacher-accessible front seat.
Popular trips
The same vehicle and driver stay with you for the whole trip, including local sightseeing once you arrive. On a hill station that is worth more than it sounds — arranging transport locally in Manali or Shimla at short notice is both expensive and unreliable.
The fleet, in context

Red Fort
Ten minutes from the Karol Bagh hotels and the usual first stop of a Delhi tour day.

Agra
The Golden Triangle leg most groups staying here have come to do.

17-seater
The standard tour-group vehicle — luggage racks for a multi-city circuit.

Jaipur
The third corner of the triangle, five to six hours out along NH-48.
All-inclusive fares
Fuel and driver in the quoted rate. Tolls and parking at actuals, itemised on the invoice.
Verified drivers
Commercially licensed, police-verified, and familiar with the route before they are assigned to it.
24/7 support
A real person on the phone during the trip, not a ticket queue — which matters at 2am on a hill road.
Sanitised, fully AC
Deep-cleaned before every trip, with fresh linens for overnight journeys on request.
Questions we get asked
Yes, hotel pickup across the whole district is routine for us — Ajmal Khan Road, Padam Singh Road, Pusa Road, Gurudwara Road and the surrounding lanes. One practical point: the streets here are narrow and busy, and parts of the Ajmal Khan Road market are pedestrianised during the day. For larger vehicles we will often arrange to load on a nearby wider road rather than at the hotel door, which sounds like a compromise but is genuinely faster than the alternative.
