Tour guide reviews — and what we will not publish

Triveni Cabs holds 4.9 from 354 reviews on its Google Business Profile, read on 10 October 2026. That is a rating of the transport and tour service as a whole, it is the only rating on this page, and you can read every one of those reviews on Google rather than taking our word for the number.

The rating

What we can actually verify

4.9 out of 5, from 354 reviews on the Google Business Profile for Triveni Cabs, as shown on 10 October 2026. It covers the whole business — airport transfers, outstation trips, tempo hire and guided tours — rather than the guide service specifically, and we are not going to present it as though it were a guide rating.

It is also a figure you can check in about ten seconds, which is the entire point of citing a source rather than a number. Search for the business on Google, open the profile, and read the reviews yourself — including the ones that are not five stars.

Why there are no individual guide testimonials on this page

Because we do not have any that are real. In October 2026 this site was carrying 128 invented customer reviews in its structured markup — named authors, written bodies, dates computed on each build so they would not all look like the same day — along with a templated review block that put the same reviewer, the same date and the same words on 180 different route pages. All of it has been removed.

Putting a fresh set of invented testimonials on a page about trust would be worse than leaving it empty. Fabricated reviews are a Google spam-policy violation in their own right, they put every rich result the site earns at risk, and as trust signals they are worth nothing the moment anyone looks closely. So this section stays as it is until there are collected, attributable, dated reviews from guide customers to put in it.

If you have taken a guided day with us, the most useful thing you can do is leave a review on the Google profile, where it is attributable and cannot be written by us.

The competitive point

What the rest of this category shows

What competing guide-hire pages publish

The large tour marketplacesYes, per personSometimes, with licenceThousands, verified
This siteYes — ₹1,200 to ₹3,000 a day, publishedAt booking, with the licence card4.9 from 354 on Google

The marketplaces win this comparison on reviews and will keep winning it, because review volume at that scale cannot be caught by a regional operator in a year. What the two specialists holding page one for guide hire in India show is nothing: no price, no named guide, no review, no answered question. That is the gap this part of the site is built in, and reviews are the one piece of it we cannot write our way into.

FAQs

4.9 out of 5 from 354 reviews on its Google Business Profile, read on 10 October 2026. That covers the whole business rather than the guide service alone. We publish no other rating, and specifically we do not publish the figure that used to appear on this site’s own reviews page, because nobody verified it.
