Janmashtami Mathura–Vrindavan — Sep 4–6 — Book Janmashtami cab

From the Sector belt to Surajkund and Ballabgarh
Faridabad stretches a long way down the Mathura Road, and where you are on it changes the journey considerably — Sector 15 and Ballabgarh are twenty minutes and a great deal of traffic apart. We cover the whole length: the old NIT blocks, the sector belt from 7 through 21, the newer Greenfield and Sector 81 to 86 developments, Neelam Chowk, Badkhal and out to Ballabgarh.
In short
A tempo traveller in Faridabad costs ₹23 to ₹31 per kilometre depending on the seater, or ₹6,000 – ₹9,500 / day for a local day package covering 80 km / 8 hours. Fuel and an experienced driver are included; tolls, parking and state permits are billed at actuals. Gate pickup anywhere in Faridabad is standard at no extra charge.
Local knowledge
Two things pull group travel out of Faridabad. Surajkund brings a concentrated burst of demand every February for the crafts mela, when we run shuttles almost continuously. The rest of the year, the city's position on the Mathura Road makes it the natural jumping-off point for Mathura, Vrindavan and Agra — those trips leave from here without ever entering Delhi.

Transparent pricing
Rates below are the published per-kilometre outstation fare and the local day package for each seater. Every fare includes fuel and a professional driver. Tolls, parking, and state permits are charged at actuals and appear as separate lines on the invoice — there is no surge pricing and no hidden component.

Distances & drive times
Drive times are realistic door-to-door estimates in normal traffic, not best-case figures. NCR peak hours change them substantially, so for an early flight we will usually suggest a pickup that feels an hour too early — that hour is what separates arriving relaxed from arriving at a closed check-in desk.

Door-to-door coverage
Gate pickup is standard everywhere on this list and there is no additional charge for it. Give the driver the specific block, sector or society name — that is genuinely all that is needed, and it saves the phone call that otherwise happens five minutes before departure.

What groups book us for

Multi-generation trips where everyone travels together — pushchairs, walking frames and a fortnight of suitcases all fit in the boot.

Char Dham, Vaishno Devi, Mathura–Vrindavan and Ayodhya circuits with drivers who know the halt points and the darshan timings.

Guest shuttles between hotel, venue and station, running on a fixed loop through the night so nobody is left waiting at a gate.

Staff transport, client visits and team offsites on monthly billing, with a GST invoice and the same driver assigned across the contract.

Flight-tracked pickups from IGI with room for the whole party and its luggage — one vehicle instead of four cabs arriving separately.

Educational tours and university excursions with verified drivers, seat belts on every row and a teacher-accessible front seat.
Popular trips
The same vehicle and driver stay with you for the whole trip, including local sightseeing once you arrive. On a hill station that is worth more than it sounds — arranging transport locally in Manali or Shimla at short notice is both expensive and unreliable.
The fleet, in context

16-seater
The most-booked size across the Faridabad sector belt.

Mathura & Vrindavan
Two to three hours down NH-19 without entering Delhi — the easiest pilgrimage run from the city.

26-seater
Surajkund mela shuttles and the larger factory outings from the industrial sectors.

Agra
A comfortable same-day return from Faridabad, and closer than from most of NCR.
All-inclusive fares
Fuel and driver in the quoted rate. Tolls and parking at actuals, itemised on the invoice.
Verified drivers
Commercially licensed, police-verified, and familiar with the route before they are assigned to it.
24/7 support
A real person on the phone during the trip, not a ticket queue — which matters at 2am on a hill road.
Sanitised, fully AC
Deep-cleaned before every trip, with fresh linens for overnight journeys on request.
Questions we get asked
The full length of the city — the NIT blocks and old Faridabad, the sector belt from 7 through 37, Neelam Chowk, Badkhal and Surajkund, the newer Greenfield and Sector 81 to 86 developments, and Ballabgarh at the southern end. Faridabad is long, so when you book do mention which end you are at; the difference between Sector 15 and Ballabgarh is significant when we are planning a departure time.
